Setting the Properties of a State |

After designing the case model, you must set the properties of the States within the case model to make it executable exactly as you intended it to-be and in line with your business needs.
- From Workspace Documents (Explorer) view, expand <Project> and click
to open an existing case model. Alternatively, if the case model is already open, perform step 2. The case model appears in the case modeling environment.
- Double click
(State) and select Properties to set its properties. Alternatively, right-click a
(State) and select Properties. The <State> - State Properties pane appears. Refer State Properties Interface for more information about the various tabs and fields in the case activity properties interface.
- Click the General tab and to provide a description and annotation for the State.
- Click the Duration tab to associate the State with a business calendar and to specify the duration of the State .
You have successfully set the properties of the State.
